Evaluation Fees
Below are ranges for adult psychological evaluations tailored to individual needs. Each evaluation is customized and the final fee depends on complexity and types of assessment. Evaluations may be completed via telehealth, hybrid format (telehealth combined with in-person testing), or fully in-person, depending on the type of evaluation and clinical needs. Hybrid evaluations typically include one in-person testing day for standardized assessment and cognitive testing when indicated.
Comprehensive assessments provide diagnostic clarification and clinical recommendations. Each evaluation is conducted by a licensed psychologist specializing in adult psychological testing and differential diagnosis.
ADHD Diagnostic Evaluation
$1,450–$1,750
~7–8 hours; includes cognitive testing and standardized assessment for ADHD and co-occurring diagnoses, as clinically indicated; includes intake, clinical interview, review of developmental and functional history, written report, feedback, and recommendations
Telehealth ADHD Diagnostic Evaluation
$1,250–$1,550
~4.5–6.5 hours; includes standardized ADHD rating scales, intake, clinical interview, review of developmental and functional history, written report, feedback, and recommendations. *Cognitive testing may be recommended separately if clinically indicated and is conducted in-person only
Autism Diagnostic Evaluation
$1,850–$2,300
~8–9.5 hours; includes cognitive testing and standardized assessment of autism spectrum characteristics and co-occurring diagnoses, which may include ADHD, as clinically indicated; includes intake, clinical interview, review of developmental and functional history, report, feedback, and recommendations
Comprehensive Diagnostic Evaluation
$1,750–$2,800
~7–10+ hours; tailored to broader mental health concerns; may include ADHD or autism assessment if indicated; includes intake, clinical interview, review of developmental and functional history, standardized testing and assessment, written report, feedback, and recommendations
Cognitive Assessment (IQ Testing Only)
$950–$1,250
~3.5–5 hours; includes test administration, scoring, written report, and feedback
Please note: I am not in-network with insurance plans. However, I provide a statement (superbill) that you may submit to insurance for possible reimbursement if your plan includes out-of-network benefits. Coverage for out-of-network services varies, and not everyone will be reimbursed. All fees listed apply to my California practice.
